Starting out at farmers markets, we rapidly found ourself serving cookies at national trade shows and even Fortnum & Mason - and today, this thriving business continues to reach new heights.

Baked daily using Thomas Cookie Co signature recipes, our undeniably awesome range of cookies, cookie cups, brookies and s’mores are fully loaded with flavour, crafted with generous quantities of the best ingredients we can get our hands on; real butter, organic flour and free range eggs.

 

We hate the mass produced, superficial, cookie-cutter cookies, which are totally devoid of character. Each and every cookie is hand crafted, boasting flavour texture and visual appeal, screaming with passion, quality and heart. Thomas Cookie cookies are perfectly imperfect; no two ever the same and each is uniquely wonderful.

Since the pandemic struck, our online business has grown at pace. Throughout lockdown, our cookie boxes have brought joy to people up and down the land – and that’s just the beginning. We’ve invested heavily in our processes and production – and now boast a slick and highly capable kitchen with incredible potential.

 

With heaps of new product ideas – from new recipes to subscription boxes, an enhanced corporate offering and dedicated packages for weddings and parties, we’re also looking to make inroads with a franchise model.
